“A&V Security Services have been contracted to Novotel Twin Waters Resort since early February 2010.

Since this time, positive improvements have been demonstrated in several key areas which have resulted in better security and reduced risk to the hotel as well as better operational systems and procedures throughout the overnight whereby A&V Security services are present.

Vince and his team have taken a pro-active approach in the hotel operations, introducing systems for accountability, increased communication channels and improved customer relations with our guests. In the event of a security-related incident, A&V Security has provided full and detailed briefing papers regarding the situation and have always remained contactable in the event that further investigation or information is needed.

Training and Induction programs have been put into place for those not familiar with the property & regular contact is made regarding the progress of staff and the security services offered.

Since the introduction of A&V Security Services into the hotel, it is fair to say that Management satisfaction in overnight operations throughout the hotel has increased remarkably.
